Rosie in real life. *
Rosie Nestingen is reshaping the conversation around life, loss, and layoffs, especially for women who’ve been forced to pause, pivot, or rebuild. A former corporate executive turned founder and storyteller, Rosie is the voice behind Dear Rosie, a media platform that explores what happens when careers are interrupted by grief and the deep work of becoming someone new. She’s also the visionary behind Rebloom Health, a tech platform reimagining how we support women navigating miscarriage, infertility, and pregnancy loss, at work and beyond.
After surviving a brain aneurysm, experiencing personal loss, being laid off over maternity leave, and witnessing how the workplace often fails to hold space for real life, Rosie committed herself to telling the truth about what it means to break down—and begin again. Her work blends narrative, systems change, and strategy to help companies build cultures of care, and to help women reclaim rest, power, and purpose after change.
She’s held executive roles across corporate, nonprofit, and startup sectors, leading transformation where branding, tech, and DEI meet. Based in South Minneapolis with her husband and young daughter, Rosie centers her days around writing, advising, NYT recipes, and rest.
Her mantra? Don’t expect anything but be grateful for everything.
